Application
These Terms apply to all relationships between the Company and Users concerning the use of the Service.

- Posting content that contains a third party's personal information (name, contact details, address, vehicle registration number, and the like).
- Defaming a specific individual or company, or damaging their reputation or credit.
- Posting something the user has not personally experienced as if it were their own experience.
- Posting for the purpose of advertising, solicitation, affiliate marketing or other commercial gain.
- Repeatedly posting identical or similar content.
Change and Suspension of the Service
The Company may change or suspend the content of the Service without prior notice to Users.
Disclaimer
The Company does not warrant the completeness, accuracy, or safety of the Service.
Except where the Company has acted intentionally or with gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damage arising from the use of the Service.
The content of a posting is the poster's own words; the Company does not verify or warrant that it is true. Except where the Company has acted intentionally or with gross negligence, the Company is not liable for damage caused to readers or third parties by the content of a posting.
Translations shown via the translate button are produced by machine translation. The Company does not warrant their accuracy and, except where it has acted intentionally or with gross negligence, is not liable for damage arising from translation errors. Please refer to the original text.
Intellectual Property Rights
Copyright in the content of the Service (text, images, designs, etc.) belongs to the Company or to the rightful right holders.
However, copyright in content posted by a User remains with that poster. The Company uses such content only within the scope set out in Article 10 (Licence to Use Posted Content).
Restriction of Use and Deletion of Registration
If a User violates these Terms, the Company may restrict the User's use of the Service or delete the User's registration without prior notice.
Modification of These Terms
The Company may modify these Terms as necessary, and the modified Terms take effect at the time they are posted on the website.
Licence to Use Posted Content
Copyright in the text and photographs posted through the posting form on this website ("Posted Content") remains with the poster. Posting does not transfer copyright to the Company.
The poster grants the Company a royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to do the following with the Posted Content: reproduce and transmit it to the public to the extent necessary to display it on this website; translate it by machine translation and store and display the translation; display an excerpt or part of it as appropriate to the page; adjust layout, image size and file format; and alter it to the extent set out in Article 12, paragraph 4, including the removal of personal information. The licence is not limited by territory, and lasts until the posting is deleted.
The licence in the preceding paragraph is limited to display on this website. If the Company wishes to use Posted Content in brochures, advertising, social media or any medium other than this website, it will obtain the poster's prior consent.
The poster agrees not to exercise moral rights against the Company's use of the Posted Content within the scope of paragraph 2 and of Article 12, paragraph 4. The poster may nonetheless ask at any time for a posting to be taken down; see Article 11 of the Privacy Policy for how to do so and how the Company responds.
Conditions for Posting and Poster's Representations
At the time of posting, the poster represents and warrants that all of the following are satisfied:
- The content is based on the poster's own experience or opinion.
- The Posted Content does not infringe any third party's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- Where a photograph shows a person other than the poster, the poster has obtained that person's prior consent to the use of their likeness (or, where a minor appears, the consent of their parent or legal guardian).
- The content does not include any third party's personal information (name, contact details, address, vehicle registration number or other information identifying a specific individual).
- The content does not defame or damage the reputation or credit of any specific individual or company.
- If a dispute arises with a third party over the Posted Content, the poster will resolve it at their own cost and responsibility and will compensate the Company for any loss it suffers as a result.
Minors should post only with the consent of a parent or other legal guardian. The Company may cancel or delete a posting made without such consent.
Editing, Hiding and Deleting Postings
The Company does not guarantee that a posting will be published. Whether a posting is published, in what order, and for how long it remains published are decided by the Company.
Where the Company considers that a posting falls under any of the following, it may hide or delete that posting without prior notice:
- Content that infringes, or risks infringing, a third party's rights.
- Content that contains a third party's personal information.
- Content containing defamation, discriminatory expression or other expression that harms others.
- Content posted for advertising, solicitation, affiliate marketing or other commercial gain.
- Content describing services the Company does not provide, or itineraries in which the Company had no involvement.
- Identical or similar content that has been posted repeatedly.
- Any other content contrary to law or public order and morals.
Because the Company does not collect posters' contact details, it cannot notify a poster in advance of the measures in the preceding paragraph. The Company is also under no obligation to explain its reasons for hiding or deleting any individual posting.
Where the Company edits the text of a posting, it will state that fact alongside the posting. Editing is limited to matters such as removing personal information, descriptions that could identify a third party, and inappropriate expressions; the Company does not rewrite the substance of a poster's assessment.
The Company does not provide money or any other economic benefit in exchange for postings. If it does so in future, it will clearly state that fact alongside the posting concerned.
The Company also accepts reports from people other than the poster. For how to report a posting that you consider infringes your rights, and how the Company responds, see Article 11 of the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and any dispute concerning the Service shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company.
