For travel services (custom tours, MICE, educational tours, business visits, etc.), individual quotes are provided based on your requirements.

When Payment is Due
- Credit card: charged at booking confirmation.
- Wise: paid against the invoice we send once your booking is confirmed
Delivery
Delivery of Services
- Travel services: communicated individually at inquiry; in principle, the travel start date is the delivery date.
- Single-item bookings (restaurants, experiences, tickets, etc.): confirmation email sent within 24 hours of booking; the use date is the delivery date.
Cancellation Policy

Travel services follow our Standard Travel Agency Terms. Principal cancellation fees are as follows.

Pursuant to Article 25 of the Travel Agency Act, travel contracts are exempted from cooling-off provisions of the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
